Privacy Notice
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Domilo Ltd (“Domilo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information collected through the Domilo pre-launch website and waitlist.
Who we are
Domilo Ltd is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.
Domilo Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17360870.
You can contact us about privacy at:
support@domilo.uk
Information we collect
If you choose to join the Domilo waitlist, we will collect:
- your email address;
- whether you are looking for care or are interested as a Carer; and
- the date and time associated with your waitlist registration.
We may also receive limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the website, such as IP address and request information, through our hosting provider.
You do not need to join the waitlist to browse the website.
How we use your information
We use your waitlist information to:
- record your interest in Domilo;
- let you know when Domilo is ready to launch; and
- administer the pre-launch waitlist.
We will not use your waitlist registration to send unrelated marketing communications unless we separately ask for and obtain any permission required to do so.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent to use your email address to contact you about the Domilo launch.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting support@domilo.uk.
Withdrawing your consent will not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
We may process limited technical information where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and securing the website.
Who processes your information
We use service providers to operate the Domilo website and supporting infrastructure.
Our website is hosted using Replit. Replit may process personal information on our behalf in providing its hosting and infrastructure services.
We do not currently use third-party advertising, analytics, marketing or CAPTCHA services on this pre-launch website.
Hosting cookie
Our hosting infrastructure may automatically place a cookie called `GAESA` on your device when you visit the website.
This cookie is set by the hosting infrastructure rather than by Domilo’s application code. On our current deployment it is stored for approximately 30 days.
Domilo does not use this cookie for advertising or marketing, and our application does not read or use its value.
We do not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies on this pre-launch website.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure that appropriate protections are in place as required by applicable UK data protection law.
How long we keep your information
We will keep your waitlist information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the Domilo pre-launch and launch-notification purpose.
We will review the waitlist after launch and delete information that is no longer required, unless we have another lawful reason to retain it.
If you withdraw your consent before then, we will remove your information from the waitlist, subject to any information we are required to retain by law.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights over your personal information, including the right to:
- request access to your personal information;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to erase your information;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- request transfer of your information where applicable.
To exercise your rights, contact support@domilo.uk.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are concerned about how your personal information has been handled.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice as Domilo develops or if our use of personal information changes.
The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
